Accommodation

Accommodation in Coventry is limited and generally quite expensive. We urge all the participants to book their accommodation as soon as possible after notification of acceptance (31st of May).

We have reserved some rooms in two of the hotels below (see booking code). Please note that these will be reserved no longer than the 20th of June. After that date the rooms will no longer be reserved for conference participants. (The conference is planned the week before graduation, hence please book early!).

It has not been possible to negotiate on the price, so if you find a cheaper price by booking them via an online tool (for example with Booking.com or Trip Advisor, please go ahead!).

Please do check hotel’s rating (for example on Trip Advisor), facilities (on hotel’s website) and transport connection (here: https://journeyplanner.networkwestmidlands.com/) before making your choice.

You might also be able to find cheaper opportunities, or multiple accommodation, via Air B&B (https://www.airbnb.co.uk) .

If you are late and don’t find accommodation, you might consider booking at Birmingham Airport (15 minutes away on the train), Birmingham city centre (25-30 minutes away) or London (1hr away).
